In a completely transparent Process and once an investor has agreed upon a project, we are able to move and acquire the property obtaining all the legal and financing procedures.

Our Investors are involved on a preferred return basis, or straight equity distribution in which returns varies between 7% to 10% on Cash on Cash, and Annual Average Returns between 15% and 20% once the project is sold or refinanced.

We maximize the value of the property through renovations and/or management optimization. We work with Sponsors who have a respected track record of their ability to rehabilitate properties back at a high speed and re-build them in a uniquely efficient format. In some of the projects new spaces are created, home technologies are installed and the price per square foot inevitably increases to boost the resale value of the unit and interim rental yields.

To sustain returns, the property undergoes an increase of rental revenue while simultaneously lowering operating cost. These two factors increase the Net Operating Income of the project giving a higher valuation for the property.

We always structure our investments to be as tax efficient as possible, utilizing tax breaks such as cost segregation and rapid depreciations which allows to lower the potential income of the property from a fiscal point of view.

Before we sell a completed development, we rent it to optimize its profitability, using a unique model to achieve greater rental returns with a lower risk of vacancies, defaults or damages.

Is the CEO and Founder of Elan Capital. Andres has over  fifteen years of experience in the financial sector working with some of the leading companies in the industry.

Andrés has the necessary tools and qualities to carry out high-level investment analysis. He specialized in equities and derivative products while working for Lehman Brothers in New York City.

He is a person who manages and understands risk coverage, reduction in market exposure, and identification of profitable products among many others.

While working with Barclays Wealth, in New York, Andrés was dedicated to identify and recognize opportunities of high investment potential and profitability for High Net worth Individuals that were located in Latin America, thus giving him a high exposure to an infinite of financial products.

Currently, Andres manages close to $200 Million dollars in unleveraged assets of High Net Worth clients under his Company Coatl Wealth.

In search of better returns for his investments and those of his clients; He undertook the task as an Investor in Real Estate through Elan Capital which manages and controls properties in the United States, focusing on properties that generate attractive cash flows.

Andrés holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Miami, Florida.

He currently resides with his wife, daughter and son in South Florida. He enjoys obstacle courses and outdoor activities during his free time.
