Julian is a mechanical engineering graduate from the University of Central Florida.

He began acquiring real estate in September 2018 while working on his professional career as a project manager, where he managed infrastructure upgrades of Department of Defense facilities around the world.

In December 2020 Julian decides to leave his career and focus on growing his real estate portfolio as a partner at Elan Capital.

Besides buying income producing properties, Julian enjoys outdoor activities, water sports, boxing and traveling the world with his wife Alejandra and his daughter Sophia.
