Steeve Breton is the founder of Velocity Capital, a private equity real estate investment firm. Steeve has invested in over 2,000 apartment units and has diverse real estate experience. He has built a strong network of experienced real estate professionals and trusted advisors. His conservative approach and analytical skills allow him to clearly assess risk and invest wisely to maximize clients’ returns and preserve his own.

Steeve is a frequent panelist at national real estate conferences and has been interviewed on numerous podcasts. He is also a real estate trainer where he teaches how to invest in large multifamily properties to generate cash flow.

Prior to founding Velocity Capital, Steeve had a successful career in IT systems, responsible for large teams and multi-million dollar projects. Steeve has an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Babson College.
