Andres has over fifteen years of experience in the financial sector working with some of the leading companies in the industry.

Andres has the necessary tools and skills to perform high-level investment analysis.

He specialized in equities and derivatives while working for Lehman Brothers in New York City.

He has an expertise in managing and understanding risk hedging, reducing market exposure and identifying profitable products, among many others.

While working with Barclays Wealth in New York, Andres was dedicated to identifying and recognizing high potential investment and profitability opportunities for high net worth individuals located in Latin America, which gave him high exposure to an infinite number of financial products.

Andres currently manages close to $200 million in unleveraged assets for clients in Central and South America under his company Coatl Wealth. In search of better returns for his and his clients’ investments, he embarked on a real estate investment venture through Elan Capital, which manages and controls properties in the United States, focusing on projects that generate attractive cash flows.

Andres has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from the University of Miami, Florida.

He currently resides with his wife and children in South Florida. He enjoys obstacle courses and outdoor activities during his free time.

From an early age, John Edward dedicated himself to entrepreneurship, founding multiple successful companies in Colombia.

Despite graduating with an honors thesis with a degree in Chemical Engineering, John Edward decided to pursue his passion in the entertainment industry, founding highly successful nightclubs and becoming General Manager and Concert Operator for national and Latin American tours of highly reputable artists.

In 2013, John Edward ventured into real estate by creating and managing P & P International Real Estate, which has been dedicated to acquiring and retaining luxury real estate in Bogota and Cartagena, Colombia.

In addition to his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for real estate, John Edward enjoys conducting financial training seminars and workshops for novice investors in Colombia.

Julian is a mechanical engineering graduate from the University of Central Florida.

He began acquiring real estate in September 2018 while working on his professional career as a project manager, where he managed infrastructure upgrades of Department of Defense facilities around the world.

In December 2020 Julian decides to leave his career and focus on growing his real estate portfolio as a partner at Elan Capital.

Besides buying income producing properties, Julian enjoys outdoor activities, water sports, boxing and traveling the world with his wife Alejandra and his daughter Sophia.

Valentina is in charge of the administration, operation and control of all ELAN CAPITAL’s business units. Her role is to ensure that the day-to-day operational functionality is in perfect synchrony, her responsibilities include legal, accounting, operational, administrative and human resources aspects, as well as assisting in all aspects of the business with the company’s partners.

Despite her youth; her character, determination, bilingualism and being a hardened entrepreneur made her the perfect gear and youthful energy within this complex business.

Valentina enjoys interior design and enjoys traveling around the world and learning about new cultures, designs, landscapes and trends.

Mitch Durfee (Senior Advisor, MD Capital & Partners) first became interested in real estate when he deployed to Iraq in 2004-2005.

Shortly after returning home, he purchased his first investment property and from that time has been involved in the acquisition of over 560 units as a Limited Partner and General Partner.

Mitch currently has his Real Estate License and is the Author of 3 National Bestsellers.
